In the unlikely event of a Breakdown we will ensure for a replacement as soon as possible.
All the vehicles are comprehensively insured covering our guests and chauffeurs in the unfortunate event of an accident or damage.
All bookings will be actioned on receipt of an email from the Authorized Booker of your Company in case of verbal bookings the authorized booker needs to regularize the same on the next working day.
Bookings with respect to your Associate Companies other than listed in the Agreement must be routed through the Authorized Booker of your company only to be actioned.
Kms and Hours will be charged from garage to garage.
Parking, Toll Charges and Other State taxes would becharged on Actuals.
CGST/SGST @2.5%/2.5% within GUJARAT and IGST@5% Tax will be levied outside GUJRAT.
An Outstation trip would be billed for a minimum Km as mentioned in the tariff sheet and extra km charged as applicable for the Car type used beyond Surat Municipal Limits.
Bookings must be cancelled at our Reservations Counter at least two hours before the Reporting Time for a usage at Surat and four hours in case of Ex-Surat locations else it would be considered as a No Show and a Minimum Usage Charge of 4hrs / 40 kms would be charged. The same charge would be applicable in case of a Guest No Show.
In the unlikely event of our esteemed guest leaving behind any luggage or personal belongings in the car and we are unable to trace it JeevanRath Tours & Travels will not be held responsible for the same.
Either party can discontinue using/providing the services by a one-month prior notice in writing without assigning any reason.
Payment Terms would be strictly 30 days from the date of submission of our Invoices. That is Invoices raised in a particular month would get due for payment on the last day of the following month. All discrepancies if any, must be brought to our notice within 07(seven) working days else it will we be assumed that it is clear for payment.
In the case of your Associate Companies not listed in the Agreement the Bill Submission process would remain the same however in the unlikely event of the bills remaining unpaid the onus of recovering the same rests with your company.
All disputes are subject to Surat Jurisdiction as per prevailing Acts.
